Infinite Rehab
At our clinic in Gregory Hills located in the SOMA Wellness complex we pride ourselves on the provision of evidence based rehabilitation across the clinical spectrum. We have extensive experience and welcome clients with musculoskeletal injuries such as painful knees, shoulders and backs, workplace injury, tendinopathy, sporting injuries or recent surgeries and more. We are happy to assist you on your recovery pathway with advanced manual therapy and exercise based rehabilitation.
Our therapists have extensive experience with fracture management, being able to provide the most complex of splints and casting and removals of all casts.
If you are recovering from a recent surgery, or if you are struggling with your mobility and independence, or you have the needs for expertise in a particular clinical area such as complex disability, neurological rehabilitation, or limb loss our team is here to help you achieve your goals.
We have also integrated our new AxIT system into clinic use. The AxIT system is a physical assessment system utilising force plates, a handheld strength assessment device and a tension strength assessment device. Data is displayed real time via bluetooth to the AxIT systems analysis software on a system tablet or streamed onto the clinic TV to provide live feedback. We are able to use this system to measure strength, prevention of injury and rehabilitation for various situations including but not limited to:
- Advanced Rehabilitation
- Return to sport training and assessment
- Seniors strength assessments
- Work place functional capacity testing
- Gait assessment and retraining
- Pretraining assessments (know where potential muscle strength imbalances are to target prior to injury)
- Feedback for weight transfer in neurological and amputee clients

Like at our clinic in North Strathfield we have an overhead harness system to allow for advanced rehabilitation and gait retraining. This overhead weight bearing system allows for the limits of rehabilitation to be pursued with absolute safety without the need for additional supports for the client and freeing the therapist to provide expert guidance. High level balance and gait retraining can be pursued with confidence and safety. This is an incredible tool to assist you to recover your walking and running ability whether you are recovering from a neurological condition or a complex surgery.
