Charlotte graduated from The University of Sydney in 2012 where she commenced a role in the occupational rehabilitation sector. This role provided opportunities for helping workers who had been injured and returning to work, from assessment of activities of daily living, task analysis and liaison with their stakeholders.

Following this she worked as an Occupational Therapist in both the hospitality and not for profit disability space, further fine-tuning skills in assessment, manual handling, ergonomics, injury prevention and management. Working and providing training in the disability space with the use of her Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Charlotte gained a better understanding of client care and wellbeing while also ensuring the safety of their care givers.

In 2022, Charlotte joined RFHA and has the opportunity to work across a variety of caseloads within the community. She enjoys working together with the client and their carers to work determine strategies to overcome their barriers to aspects of their lives that they find difficult.

In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her young family, travelling, swimming and tries to master reformer Pilates.
