Carmela
Carmela completed a Masters of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science from the Australian Catholic University. Carmela has experience working in disability as a therapy aid working with clients who had a range of disabilities and cognitive impairments. Following the completion of her Masters in physiotherapy Carmela worked in aged care assisting in pain management and falls management.
In March 2022, Carmela began working at Rehab Health and Fitness Australia working in the community team providing treatment and care to clients with a wide range of conditions including aged care and geriatric rehabilitation, pain management, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Carmela hopes to expand her experience as she continues her journey with Rehab Health and Fitness Australia.
In her spare time, Carmela enjoys keeping fit and active by going to the gym or playing tennis and soccer. Carmela also enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog Fred.
